I had to cancel an order through Good Smile US, and it was straightforward. Their policy was clear about the cutoff, so as long as you do it in time, it doesn’t turn into a whole hassle. I did have to read through the details a bit to make sure I was doing it right, but it went through fine. Compared to some other figure shops where cancellations feel way more confusing or strict, this was a smooth experience.

I ordered from goodsmileus.com because they had an exclusive figure I couldn’t find anywhere else, and I had been checking around way too much for it. The checkout process was simple, which I appreciated because I was probably overthinking it while drinking coffee and pretending I didn’t already have enough figures on my shelf. The updates were clear enough, and while it did take a bit of waiting, that’s kind of expected with a preorder. It arrived safely, the box was in good shape, and the figure looks great in person. Really happy I was able to grab it here

I used goodsmileus to check on a figure preorder, and it was actually straightforward. The search worked better than I expected, pages loaded fast, and the filters didn’t make me spend forever digging around. Checkout was simple too, which was nice. I liked that the product details and shipping info were right where I figured they’d be. The only thing was I did end up double-checking my cart once because I wasn’t totally sure everything looked right, but it wasn’t a big problem.

"Pretty decent for preorders, I guess"
I’ve preordered a few figures from Good Smile US now, they’ve been reliable enough. I do wish some of the waits weren’t so long, but I guess that’s just how preorders go. They don’t charge until the item is actually ready, which I appreciate, and they’ve emailed me when things were delayed or about to ship. Everything I’ve gotten has been packed fine and showed up without issues. So yeah, not exactly exciting, but I can’t really complain.

My figure got delayed a couple of times, which was annoying at first, and I kind of regret getting worked up about it. They kept the release date updated, and once it was ready, it shipped without any issues. The box arrived in good shape, and I never had to contact support or chase anyone down. Typical preorder experience in the end, and I’d still buy from them again.

I was trying to track down a preorder I totally missed and somehow Good Smile US still had it in stock. Checkout was easy too which was nice. Not much else to add just happy I didn’t have to deal with reseller prices.

I’ve shopped on Good Smile US a bit, it’s mostly because their selection is good. Like, if you’re looking for Nendoroids or random figures you don’t always see sitting around on other sites, they usually have something worth checking out. Preorders are also not a pain to find, which is nice because some stores make that weirdly annoying. My only real gripe is that certain stuff sells out fast or just doesn’t stay in stock long enough. But overall, yeah, it’s a solid site to browse if you’re into figures

"Broken Figure, Slow-Motion Support"
My figure showed up with a broken part right out of the box, which was a fun little surprise nobody asked for. Support did get back to me and asked for photos, but the emails moved at about museum-display speed. To be fair, they did eventually help me get a replacement piece, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Just slow, a bit frustrating, and not exactly the thrilling collector experience I had in mind...

I ended up saving a lot on figures here, which was a nice surprise. Even with a few small details I was picky about, like the finish and the packaging, the overall value felt really good. Definitely happy with what I got for the price

I was able to get through checkout in the end, so no major disaster or anything. But it did feel a little clunky along the way. A couple pages took longer to load than I expected, and when I got to the payment step, I had to pause for a second because it wasn’t super clear what to do next. It all worked out, but I definitely found myself wishing the whole process was a bit smoother.
